I am an Enterprise Transformation Coach and Trainer and Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe®) SPCT . With more than 20 years of experience as a Lean/Agile coach, trainer, and constant student. 

I am passionate about helping organizations to achieve a sustainable culture of continuous improvement. I also have extensive experience with coaching, leading national and international teams in lean/agile, and managing the distributed team paradigm. I am a former software engineer who has extensive experience in developing software in many industry verticals. 

A military Veteran of 11+ years, Tony has been working on high profile, high impact projects, for over 16 years.  A technology enthusiast, content creator and online course instructor, Tony continues to contribute to the digital project management space is looking forward to speaking with you about your project!

Applying the skills and experience of over 11 years in traditional waterfall methodologies and capital build projects with the military, Tony has embraced AGILE:  SCRUM, LEAN and SAFe frameworks while working with technology partners in recent years.  Most recently as an AGILE COACH and facilitating increased efficiency and effectiveness in LEAN-AGILE workflows, Tony truly enjoys working with people to foster a positive work environment, and serve the needs of the team in delivering results.
